Pending Median Price for Condos Higher than Single-Family Homes in MA for Second Month

The number of single-family homes and condominiums put under agreement in the month of April increased over last year while median prices saw a hike year-over-year. The median price of a condominium was higher than the price of a single-family home for the second month in a row.
